Q2. Can I get free sample before I place an order?
⇒A: Yes. Of course you are welcome to ask for free sample, and you just need to pay for the freight.

Q3. What's your payment term?
⇒A: Normally, our clients pay 50% deposit T/T befoe production, 50% balance before shipping after finished products pictures approved.

Q4. What's the lead time?
⇒A: The production normally is about 35-45 days after order and shop drawing confirmed, sea shipping time is about 18-35 days, depends on your nearest seaport, normally would suggest leaving 3 month at least for the whole process;

Q5. Do you have MOQ?
⇒A: We don't have MOQ, as the package is heavy, even small quantity shipping by air or express is very expensive, so most of the goods will be shipping by sea, some small quantity such like 1 set bathroom vanity, less than 10 meter railing shipping cost is high compare to goods value, buying locally is cheaper in these cases.

Q6. What information should we provide to proceed the quote?
⇒A: Please send us the project drawing or sketch showing the dimensions, so we can provide quote and solution based on the needs.

Q7. Can it be door to door delivery?
⇒A: Yes, no problem. Normally our clients choose CIF, clear customs and picking up goods at shipping warehouse themselves, we can also do door to door delivery.

Q8. What if products doesn't fit?
⇒A: All the goods is customize per approved drawing, need you checking drawing dimensions carefully, so the products can fit. If the confirmed drawing dimensions is no problem, but the products doesn't match with drawing, will send new replacements for free.

Q9. What if products damaged on the way?
⇒A: Most goods are packed in fully sealing plywood for LCL shipping (less than a container), damage was seldom happen in the past shippments. And we buy insurance for all the shippments, if any goods is damaged on the way, you can take pictures and contact with insurance company for compensation at the first time.
